Anne counsels on the prevention and resolution of employee disputes, adoption of appropriate personnel policies, and implementation of sound employment practices. She conducts trainings and provides workshops on a variety of employment topics. She has deep substantive knowledge, developed over more than thirty years, on a wide spectrum of employment issues, including:

  • compliance with state and federal nondiscrimination laws

  • proper worker classification
  • state and federal family medical leave laws

She also has litigated environmental, nuclear safety, and historic preservation issues on behalf of local and regional community groups. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of several community nonprofit organizations.
